Will Casey Anthony have to reveal her “source” of income at tomorrow’s hearing?
At the hearing tomorrow, Judge Stan Strickland will have to decide whether or not Casey Anthony will have to give it 
up and tell just how the heck she’s paying for that fancy defense team of hers. The prosecution will argue that it is absolutely necessary for her to disclose this information because they believe the only way she could afford Baez and Co. would be by selling photos and videos of Caylee. They say Baez appears to be managing her assets, and that could be a big conflict of interest since her only assets are the daughter she’s accused of murdering and herself.
Baez, in an affidavit, has objected to the prosecution’s inquiries and stated that the state just wants to “harass and embarrass” Casey and the team. He claims there is no conflict of interest and that he has no rights to Casey’s story. Casey has signed a sworn statement saying she has not signed over her rights to him. (Yeah, her word is as good as gold, dontcha know.)

Also, tomorrow the two PI’s, Dominic Casey and James Hoover, will be deposed by Zenaida Gonzale’s attorneys.
I say give it up girlfriend! Who’s paying the bills? ABC? Some other network or news organization? Who brokered the deals? If your 8 attorneys are really working pro bono, they should have to provide sworn statements attesting to the fact that they are all taking care of you out of the goodness of their hearts.
Mystery, I wonder if we will find out that it is the Anthony who are really paying Baez and that it is they who are selling the items. That would make Casey’s statement true that SHE has not given any rights to Baez… But someone did. JMO

Casey is paying for her Defense Team.
Baez always keeps telling every one, it’s no ones Business.
I beg to differ, Casey has had no Job for quite a while before she got arrested and was living with her Parents, all she could afford was a Public Defender appointed to her, like every one else who can’t afford an Attorney.
Maybe she came into a lot of Money we don’t know about, lol.
The Way I understand it, Casey’s Parents definitely don’t have that kind of Money, they didn’t even have enough to bail her out the first time according to Cindy Anthony’s own Statement to Casey.
I don’t believe Casey’s Attorney’s and all the Specialists
are working only out of their Goodness in their Hearts in this Case.
Maybe down the Road we find out who is paying for all that.
If Baez has his way we will never know. JMO
Wouldn’t surprise me! What would surprise me would be if we found out NO ONE was funding Baez and the gang. SOMEONE is. I don’t think Baez has the money to work pro bono.
Hi Hilde!–We’re definitely on the same page about the funding. The money is coming from somewhere, and I think we would have heard if they won the lottery.

If it comes out that ABC/Disney is footing the bill for this monster’s defense, then Disney IS pure evil, and the Tragic Kingdom is screwed. Here’s more food for thought: Remember the gatorade bottle and syringe found within 1/2″ of the remains were inside a “Wonderful World of Disney” bag? And the skeleton itself was nestled in a Disney Pooh blanket? Its frighteningly poetic to say the least. To think they could be supporting the killer of one of their target demographic? Sick, sick, and more sick…

If, as Bozo says, there is NO conflict in interest, it seems he would be more than willing to tell where the funds are coming from. I doubt that Linda Baden is working for free….and surely Bozo cannot afford to…..so someone, somewhere is passing out some bucks!

If there was nothing to hide, he would say right out how his unemployed, broke client is paying for a top notch team. I’m sure the money is coming thru in such as way as to not be tied to anyone involved.

OMG did you see on fox news that George along with Kindfinders got a new boat named the Caylee Marie? Someone said on the other blog that it looks like a ski boat for the ocean, and what they are going to look for kids in the ocean. Where are they getting all this money to buy this? Couldnt they put it to better use?? Just think they are all scammers now.
Yes the boat was $30K (donations money, if I’m not mistaken), and is supposedly unfit for search and rescue (there’s not even room for gear/ diving/searching equipment). They named it Caylee Marie. They claim they will use it in missing kids searches. Biggest. Dungpile. Ever.
