Documents released March 5, 2009

The following documents were released today with their  links.  I’ll give a brief summary (I’ll save my opinions for later, LOL!) of their content after each link.    If  I’ve left anything significant out, please feel free to comment and I’ll add it.   This page will be updated as I read.

LINK: Jim Hoover transcript December 18,2008

  • Description of the Anthonys’ stay at the Ritz.   Said he accompanied George downstairs for coffee one morning and he told him he didn’t know if his marriage would survive when it was all said and done.
  • George had contemplated suicide before.
  • Talks about the search on Suburban Drive.   Dominic Casey called one morning and told him he thought he knew where Caylee was.  D. Casey told  Hoover,  “this looks like a grave” when he found the 3 pavers lined up. He said he felt that the Anthonys knew of their search.
  • Said he felt that Dominic Casey and Cindy Anthony had an “inappropriate relationship” and describes why
  • Said D. Casey told him of a “licorice” incident between Baez and Casey and that Casey never discussed the case when D. Casey accompanied Baez to the jail
  • Described an incident where Cindy Anthony took a cross that had been put in her front yard by onlookers into the backyard by Caylee’s playhouse, and beat it with a baseball bat while cursing profusely. She claimed it was cathartic.
  • Lee Anthony refused to go with them to give DNA.  He, D. Casey, George and Cindy went to pick him up and he wouldn’t go.  He said Lee was detained by police for several hours in an interrogation and that Lee felt he had to get a lawyer.  He said Lee had to pull his car over to cry after he left there he was so upset.
  • Described a meeting in the Anthony home that included Baez and Linda Kenny Biden where Cindy was questioning Casey’s rights to Caylee’s remains.  Cindy said she wanted and would have Caylee’s remains and that she would cremate them and have Caylee with her always.
  • Talks about Michelle Bart.  Said she was supposed to be working with KidFinders but all of a sudden she was the Anthony’s spokesperson.  He said she was very assertive and bossy.
  • Said that he photographed Cindy, George, and Lee at various times and he didn’t think they knew he was taking pictures of them.  When asked what he planned to do with the pictures, he indicated he might, at a later date, sell them.

LINK: Casey Anthony transcript October 14, 2008

After the grand jury indictment,  LE  was led on a chase by Casey and her driver, bondsman, Ron Dick. who ran them (LE) off the road. Dick and Anthony appeared to be making a “get away”.  They were stopped by an unmarked police car and Casey was taken into custody. This is the conversation that transpired between Casey and the police officers escorting her to the jail.

  • Casey denies they were trying to “escape” and said they thought the press was chasing them.
  • In the car Casey said no one was going to trick her into confessing. “I have had interest in helping law enforcement from the beginning. Unfortunately my hands were literally tied and I was put in a position where someone’s trying to trick a confession out of me.. and that….that’s not going to happen.”

LINK: Anthony Lazarro transcript October 16, 2008

This particular interview concerned the gas can incident on the 23rd of June and the running out of gas at Amscot on the 27th of June.

  • He said just before he went to NY she was in bed watching the video of Caylee’s visit to Casey’s grandfather on her laptop.  He said she was crying, but that she was not “really” crying.  The only time he ever saw her “really” cry (with real tears) was when he told her he was thinking of moving.
  • Casey told him that George didn’t live in the house.  He had had affairs and such.
  • He didn’t smell anything but the strong fumes from the gas cans on the 23rd and couldn’t see in the trunk, and he never got out of his car when he picked her up on June 27th so didn’t smell anything.
  • On the 23rd, Casey had a white backpack.
  • The only backpack of Caylee’s he remembered was pink. (he thinks)
  • Whenever he or their friends asked about where Caylee was she would say either with the nanny or Cindy.

Lee discusses among other things the fact that he thought he remembered a Zenaida hanging around the house.

LINK: Roy Kronk transcript December 11, 2008

Roy Kronk’s interview after first finding the remains of Caylee Anthony.  Nothing new.

LINK: Deputy Jerold White transcript December 19, 2008

This doc is about the tip Roy Kronk called in on August 12, 2008.  Jerold White said  that he asked Yuri Melich if the area had been searched and Melich said it had so he closed the tip.

a mish-mash of info.  Among other things there is:

  • information stating that according to the roots found growing through the bag holding the remains and growing through the bones indicate the body had been there 4-6 months.  The remains would have had to be stable and non-moving for the size of roots growing undisturbed there.
  • an incident report concerning Keith Williams.  He was seen entering the woods where Caylee was found in October by students at the school.  A psychic had told him the remains were there and he was searching for himself.  He stated he played with Casey as a child and apologized for scaring the children and for tresspassing.
  • list of disturbances at the Anthony home.
  • written statement by Leonard Padilla concerning the bag of stuff found in the Econ River at J. Blanchard Park.

LINK: Fl Dept. of Law Enforcement  Investigative Report

  • Tony Lazarro turned informant and wore a wire to a meeting Lee Anthony instigated on July 24th.
  • Lots and lots of leads and their follow-ups including the little girl in the mall and the little girl seen at the airport.

I’m gonna call it right now: I’ll bet those 3 pavers Hoover was talking about are forensically linked to the Anthony’s backyard…I think the Brainiac tried to dig a hole back there with the borrowed shovel, but when that proved to be too much work, she pried up some of the pavers to mark the grave in the woods in case she ever needed to move the body…remember the the new pavers that went into the backyard July 4?!!!

ostella-I did’t read too much interesting stuff in that doc dump. Do you think that brainiac liked to get her hands dirty? I bet she wore gloves. She wouldn;t stike me as someone who would want to do any heavy lifting.

Also, the licorice story sounds totally ridiculous. I don’t buy that, even though I do believe there’s something nasty going on between casey and bozo…

Cindy and Dominic? Hmmm….I could see that being true…

Boston, here’s another possibility: she tried to dig a hole in the backyard and gave up. Maybe the pavers had been purchased for the yard project, and were sitting in the backyard waiting to be actually installed. All she had to do was pick em up and put em in the trunk…no prying involved, no chipped nails, etc…

I was just listening to the new lawyer from california saying she shouldnt be in jail and that they might go for a bond hearing to get her out, I thought when you were charged on 1st degree murder charges there isnt any bail. I think Florida’s laws are different with that Sunshine Law which I dont think to many lawyers from other states realize that it isnt just the prosecution leaking the doc dumps. But can someone answer a question…1st degree murder charge there isnt any bail that can be made? right?

I don’t think there is bail on a capital case which it still is just the dp has been removed.

Hi Mystery and all…does Bozo have to tell the prosecutors what his defence will be {a} prior to the trial {b} during opening arguments or {c} is he allowed to spring it on them later on in the trial???

Kidnap/murder/accident or any combination/permutation of the three???

    {Mum always called me her “WHY” child – hi!}

    Hi Jill
He doesn’t have to tell anyone what the defense will be before trial. We will get an idea of what it will be in opening arguments. We also might here them insinuate that Casey will take the stand. Many attorneys say this and then it doesn’t happen. There has also been attorneys that change their defense during the trial.

    Jill-
stephanie is right. They are on a fishing expedition up to the day the trial begins. They can throw around a possible defense but when they catch that big fish they will go forward should they need it. Remember the defense doesn;t actually have to promote a defense. The DA will have to present clear and convincing evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.

Ostella-Were those pavers ever found at the final resting place?

Stephanie-Did you ever have a “68” on your name?

They seem to be making a big deal about the skull pictures, and I honestly don’t think too much of them. Skulls are the “in” thing right now. If you look at the clothing, and accessories that the kids are wearing these days, you will see skulls on much of it. I noticed this at Christmas, while shopping for my kids. My kids all wanted things with skulls on it, as this is popular. So, her having these photos doesn’t say much to me. Yes, it could indicate her morbid sense of victory, since they were posted after Caylee’s death, but not necessarily. The picture of Caylee with the heart sticker says more to me.

The pictures of her smiling and showing how “carefree” she was feeling speaks volumes. She is so self-absorbed, she never thought these pictures would surface. Another fact that I can’t shake is that there are very few pictures of Caylee, but many of her and her friends. Just shows me how Caylee cramped her style.

    Boston,

In answer to your question about the paver. See the “Documents” tab at the top of the page. Go down to February 18 document release. Page 48 (about 1/2 way down the page) specifically mentions the stone on site saying “….stone appeared consistent to stones present at the Anthony home.” Page 43 (almost 1/2 way down the page) said a “large white SQUARE stone” was located SE of the skull.

This of course takes me back to Casey borrowing the shovel from the neighbor and George and Cindy’s statement about the earth being disturbed in the backyard, and the pavers in their back yard. Wonder if Miss Casey borrowed the shovel to steal pavers to weight the body down or to mark the site so she could find it later?

James Hoover said in his interview released yesterday that they came upon 3 or 4 pavers in a row when they were looking in Nov. and Dominic Casey said “It looks like a grave.” or something like that. Would lend credence to the theory that Casey told them where to look if the pavers match the ones in the Anthony backyard.

I haven’t even come close to reading all the docs. I have a lot to get done this weekend so I probably won’t be done until Sunday. When I was reading Amy’s text messages I felt so bad for her. She wanted to help the Anthony’s in any way she could to help find Caylee. Little did she know Cindy would be telling them she thinks Amy could be Zanny.

I was wondering when you were reading about bail if is had anything on the 45 days for the dp? This is really bothering me because of hearing conflicting stories including from attorneys in FL. I do remember they had the 45 days when she was first charged or at least it was reported. I am going to see real quick if I can get an answer from the DA’s office in Orlando.

I think the cops had a handle on it and are not disclosing any info to the public through discovery.

Mystery-Thanks for that info. Geez, I never heard anything about the pavers but if they were at the crime scene and they came from the home that would be fantastic evidence. Not as good as fingerprints but important nontheless.

    Mystery
Sometimes I am just a nerd but I just don’t like hearing conflicting information. So I talked to the office of attorney Lawson and the woman I spoke with was very nice. They may have already had many people call to complain about the DP being shelved. I asked about FL’s law and if the State Attorney’s office has 45 days to decide on the death penalty. She said, “no, is this about the Caylee Anthony case.” I said, “yes.” She said, “we have not made a decision on the DP yet and we have until trial.”
That is what I heard yesterday and I wish I would have asked a couple more questions. From everything I have heard in the media it sounded more shelved and if they want to pull it out they will. By the sound of the woman “they really haven’t decided if they are seeking DP” IMO. Mystery of course if you have any questions I now have the number, lol.

I think they fear getting a death penalty jury..they feel more confident on life no parole..the way things have gone of late I think I side with the DA.on this one…I know P.Spector was Calif. but who would have thought anyone in their right mind could not see that he was as guilty as sin? What a miscarriage of justice…one just never knows about the jury and how they will interpert things and you only need one weirdo and it’s down the tube…JMO.

Hi Stephanie, Boston and all..many thanks for explaining that the defence do not have to put their cards on the table before the trial. Having thought about this I should have realized that it is up to the prosecution to prove her guilty “above reasonable doubt.”

I am a little concerned that due to the HUGE amount of conflicting stories/evidence etc the jurors will be subjected to hours and hours of info that although relevant may not actually have any bearing when the defence “springs” their claims that she is innocent..however.. if the prosecution “glosses” over some evidence {thinking that it may not be relevant} then it turns out that it is Bozo’s line of defence it could make them look incompetant.

I hope you can get the drift of where I am coming from..jurors have a tendency to “nod off” during lengthy testimonies which they think are not relevant at the time.

Here in Oz jurors are not allowed to take notes…I wonder if they can in America?

I hope they don’t put the DP back on the table..jurors don’t like it..besides L.W.O.P would make her suffer longer..particularly when eventually she is put in genpop where she too could experience fear!

    Thanks for your patience..cheers from down-under ♥♥♥

Another great and informative post Mystery:
I have heard that the prosecution is able to seek the death penalty and that the reason that they are not announcing their intention is that it can hinder whether a jury will actually find her guilty or not. I myself do not understand that statement because wouldn’t they have to know what they are sentencing her to? Or do they have until the sentencing phase to determine that? Little confused.
I also heard the other night that Lee Anthony was seen leaving the jail after being fingerprinted and giving DNA and that he was in tears. Is this new or part of the documents?

Okay Friends-I read in one of the Orlando Sentinel articles that Casey was a prostitute and often left Caylee with another prostitute when she was working. Of course no one has come forward to say this is true or untrue. Of course if they did they could be arrested on a Third Degree Felony. I’ll double check that for accuracy. I told Stephanie months ago that “we will find out that she (Casey) was up to something very sinister”(my quotes) I think it is much more than that – I don’t neccessarily think it is similar to the case against Govenor Spitzer but something similar but without the celebrity. Why did she have to have a shower at Jesse’s house at 7AM? She wasn’t even dating him at that time. Where was Caylee that morning? When I read that interview why back at the beginning of this case that’s when this idea came into my mind. I, of course, never said a word. I am fairly confident that Casey could not spend her days texting everyone all the time. Sitting in a car with Caylee would not have satisfied a lazy but hyperactive person like Casey. I would think that she had considerable anxiety and it would be exacerbated with inactivity.

Halfpint-I think in Florida that if the DP is on the table you have to get a death qualified jury. During voir dire they will question everyoone and if they cannot, for whatever reason, vote for the DP they are excused. The DA can put the DP back on the table the minute jury selection begins. This case does qualify because it’s got special circumstances so to speak. Murder of a child under 12 automatically qualifies and if it was aggravated, cruel and something else than it meets the guidelines for the DP.

I heard that there is a 12 year wait for the DP in Florida. 16 woman have been given the DP in the last 30 years. NG reviewed all the names and faces on at least two occasions since July o8.

If people are not comfortable with the DP she can get LWPP. This is what I would like to see. In Fl there is nothing like 40 years and then someone is eligable for parole. We have that in Massachusetts.

Look at Devon Crawford-the Ohiio man who just killed his new wife and his sister-in-law and her children. He was convicted of manslaughter at the age of 19 and only spent 5 years in prison. Thank goodness that does not happen in FL.

    Good Morning All..

Steph the Phil S. trial is on going..this one is taking as long as the first! I don’t know if that is good or bad?

Boston..I think it is harder to get a death qualified jury..and in this case when they see this petite young woman..there could be a problem with the DP..I think it would be much better to table the DP they have a strong case but like I said it only takes one to up-set the whole thing and the DP could do that.

    D. Crawford should never have been on the streets as a free man..this was just waiting to happen..this happened in my neck of the woods so to speak..and the public is outraged at what happened..two of the children were 2 year old twins..babies..and he had no problem shooting them..I’m glad he took himself out..we don’t have to worry about some shyster lawyer getting him off on some trumped up wrong doing on the behalf of LE..plus he saved the state a lot of money..no trial and one less to house and feed in prison and the endless appeals..sorry if that sounds harsh but it is the truth..at least IMO.

I’m sorry for this poor family but the survivors can rest now knowing that the real danger is gone from their lives and the state can make restitution to the remaining family members. Hey everyone!

Steph–I’ve been looking into “slow pleas”. It’s very confusing from the definitions I found as to what purpose it would serve but I think I know.

    Legal definition:

    1) A court trial where a defendant is advised by counsel and has the same rights that would be afforded by a “guilty plea” in which the court indicates the high probability of a “guilty” verdict. However, issues that would normally have been waived by an ACTUAL plea of “guilty” are NOT waived and are preserved for APPEAL.

    2) Defendent pleads “not guilty” but then does nothing to defend the charge at trial. He allows the State’s evidence to be presented unchallenged and unrebutted, and then simply waits for the inevitable “guilty” verdict.

3)Allows a defendent TO APPEAL by pleading not guilty and stipulating the factsi in the preliminary examination transcript. Another name for this “slow plea” is a ‘stipulation on transcript.”

    4) any one of a number of contrived procedures which don’t require the defendant to admit guilt but which results in a finding of guilt on an anticipated charge. A method to reserve the right to appeal.

What does all that mean? Well, I think it means that if Bozo decides to use a slow plea it means he knows she’s gonna get convicted and he’s gonna not do much to stop it from happening–He’s not going to offer up “the real story that will blow us all away.” He’s not going to offer up anything at all. Just let the prosecution present it’s case. If she’s convicted, he will then file for an appeal. Why would he do that? I don’t know. I watched the video of Greta saying that, and I think it’s just her opinion of what he may do.

If I’m wrong about my interpretation of the above definitions, please somebody correct me.

Gotta take my Mom to lunch for her birthday. Will be back later to read the rest of the posts.

Mystery-I have a good link that I almost certainly think you have but will give it to you and anyone else who wants to see the docs. On page 46 of this document pdf file you will see the results of Lee anthony’s paternity test.

I went to page 46 by hitting the down arrow. I hope this link is helpful to our readers.

Most of the poster pictures are marketed today and many
young people have them. However, the sketch of the little
girl looking at a hanging bear gives me the chills. Does anyone
know if Casey sketched it herself?

    Hello everyone!

Beatrice, my understanding is that casey downloaded that particular graphic from an anti-death penalty website, so no, she didn’t draw it herself. It is creepy how much that little girl looks like caylee…I’m pretty sure she downloaded that right around the time she posted the “everyone lies, everyone dies” poem on myspace.

this docdrop was all fluff. I call shenannigans! I don’t wanna hear Jim Hoover’s spun smut! I wanna hear real smut of evidentiary value! Gimme some forensics, some prints, something solid against her…none of this nonsensical playgroung gossip about licorice and cross bashing…

The skull pics are (unfortunately) entirely circumstantial; the dates are interesting, but its not terribly compelling evidence against her…its too easy for the defense to argue that plenty of people are fascinated by skulls and skeletons, without being guilty of killing someone…I think the pic of caylee with the photoshopped heart, and the anti-death penalty graphic of the little girl are far more relevant and damaging…

Stephanie- You can get off topic any time you want, girlfriend!

Halfpint, Boston, I read that about Lee and I thought it was in the doc dump. I’ll have to go back and see where it was.

Boston, I’ve been reading through the text messages in the doc dump, and I would not be surprised in the least if your theory turns out to be correct. Also thanks for the link about Lee. I had it already and the docs are posted at the top of this page. Thanks for posting it for those that didn’t.

Hi Mand! I agree with you about D. Crawford. Also agree that it is harder to sit a jury in a death penalty case and it’s also harder to convict. I also don’t want her to die–I want her to have to live with herself til she’s very very old in that little cell.

Halfpint–The story about Lee giving DNA, being detained, and crying is in the Jim Hoover interview just released. Go to top of this page, click on “Documents”, then click on his interview. The part about Lee starts on page 52, line 10, and continues on page 53. Don’t know how much credence can be given to that story. Jim Hoover told sime crazy things that aren’t very believable in his interview IMO.

Boston, I could definitely see your theory re:prostitution being true…this is only my opinion, but I think Fusian had some underground porn/prostitution/drug “business” going on. Its just a feeling I’ve had for awhile…also, I remember reading about and escort agency in Orlando called “Universal Entertainment.” Apparently they supply their girls with private cellphones to “coordinate their events.” 🙂 Maybe that’s what she meant by “I work for Universal.” And maybe that’s where her mysterious “blackjack phone” came from (the one she says she lost that had all Zenaidas contact info in it).

I also agree with your prostitution theory Boston..I think she was the Dollar Store equivalent tho since she always needed money!! When you hear about how much the high cost call girls make..like Spitzer’s little honey..if you’re going to down that road make it worth your while!!

There is one thing that bothers me about her working/not working…what did she do at tax time?? Surely as much as G&C needed money and Caylee no father no child support..they would have been able to claim KC and Caylee..and if she said she was working I can’t see Cindy taking her word for what she made for the year..I’m sure Cindy would want to see the W2 form..just to make sure..I wonder why or if that has been asked of either KC or Cindy?? I think Cindy knew just as George knew ..KC was not an event coordinator..that she didn’t have a real job..and with that said ..what did they think she did with herself and Caylee all day?? Also if she had a nanny she would have claimed the money for child care?? Just one question leads to so much more in this.

Mystery..I have posted about this when I first started posting months ago and no one has ever commented on it..I thought no one else thought it important but me and I thought LE would certainly have looked at it. My husband has done taxes for years as a side job and I asked him some about it and he started telling me all that G&C would have been entitled to and I can’t see Cindy letting that go..maybe this is one of the things Conway thought they might need immunity from..them knowing she did not have a job but told LE she was not aware of it..also zanny and all that crap..she and George both knew..he said as much to the FBI but Cindy as usual has not changed her story ..on the contrary she has elaborated on it..makes you wonder doesn’t it???

MAND-I agree. If her parents claimed her and Caylee that would be fine. Surely her parents would have seen her W2 forms come. The envelopes always say something to the effect: Important Tax Documents. Lee is in business and may have done the family’s Tax Returns and would have asked for Casey’s. She had a job for about 6 months after high school and that’s it. She could not have routinely stolen from her parents and grandparents for so long-she would have needed to make some money. Of course she supplemented her income by stealing from friends but still that would never be enough money to go out and buy new clothes all the time. She certainly like to dress. I have to cringe when the only “jewelry” she wore was a Rosary. We can all agree that she was not a “Stay at home Mom”.

I agree Boston..she could have stolen for extras but not for a pay check…gas money..for work would be a problem..I did hear she was always running out of gas..wouldn’t you ask WHY??
They didn’t ask Boston b/c they didn’t want to know what she was doing…I think they may have thought it was something illegal and felt it best not to know..but as nosey as Cindy is she would have know at tax time..no matter what.

As for the Rosary..goes to show you she had no idea about religion..you NEVER WEAR THE ROSARY..NEVER. and if she went to church her Pastor would have know and should have told her that…I wonder if The Preacher Boy missed that..he was to busy thinking of the closest way to get to the National Enquirer..MONEY WAS WAITING!!!

Good Morning , Mystery, I did come across the info about Lee later after I posted. I read through Jim Hoovers interview for the first time. I don’t know but I got a feeling that he is torn between wanting to profit from this and actually having a conscience? I posted the stuff he said in a blog. You know that is just me reading between the lines.
I am thinking this prostitution theory is pretty believable.I have heard it before but not with the theory that she was being cared for by another prostitute and when it is put together with that it makes sense of why that person would not come forward.
The “slow plea” definition I thank you for. I couldn’t figure out what that was. Kinda seems like it would be in their best interest huh? Casey gets convicted, doesn’t have to tell the truth, (allowing to leave it open for speculation forever), Baez gets his book, show and whatever other deals he making…

Good Morning-Mystery I said I would review the Sunshine laws and what gets disseminated to the public. Nicey gave me the link and I read through as much as my brain would allow-very tough read BUT had I just read the bottom of the docs it is stated that not all information relative to a criminal investigation involving a Juvenile is allowed to be published. There is also a citation or an explanation about the prosecutor having discredtion in publishing all that he has . citation 191.0 than scroll down to #5. It may not be the exact reference I am trying to find but it was the only one that came close.

The whole reason for going through all of this foolishness was to give assurances to many of the wonderful bloggers who at times lose heart and become discouraged about imagining outcomes (in this trial).

If we keep in mind that we do not have all the evidence that will be introduced at trial than hope should not dim.

mystery-I can always depend on you to come up with an interesting take on something that I found absolutely blah-the telephone logs outlining calls to nowhere in my mind. Of course they could have been calls to schedule “work”. Of course she couldn’t carry on business at home. She was away from the Hopespring Drive cell towers. I couldn’t put it together.

Ostella- I think Universal has some significance too. I saw that escort service advertised somewhere.

Boston–Thanks for the info about the Sunshine Law in Florida. You are right. There is much LE has held back that will be presented at trial. It would not surprise me in the least to find that Casey was working for an escort service and that fellow prostitutes were watching her–or worse, she was knocking her out and putting her somewhere unsupervised while she worked.

Jill I haven’t found anything about where Casey would reside while waiting an appeal. I would think she would be sent to Federal Prison and would stay there til the appeal? Anyone know?

Thank you too Susie and Halfpint. I does aim to please–plus I think I must be a bit of a nerd–I like looking up stuff! Stephanie, does that mean we are kindred spirits? You said you are one, too. LOL

Mand, I know it’s supposedly “cool” and a bit “goth” to wear a Rosary, but it truly offends me. I think most kids don’t even know what a Rosary is and they probably think they are just wearing a necklace.

Hi, Correct me if I am not following but it seems there is interest and suggestion that
Casey was escorting, or prostituting herself. Surely she was very active but I can’t understand
that if she was, why she had no money, running out of gas, stealing money from grandparent
and writing checks on friends account. If she was into this to have income she was not doing well
as a lot of young women do it because they claim a very good income, like to help themselves thru
college, etc. Also she and Caylee lived at home so did not have expense of apt, What do you think?

    Beatrice

Good points. I’ve been one of those that has lately been leaning towards the idea that she might have been working for an escort service of some kind–the phone records, her text messages, the hours she kept, but I agree with you, why wasn’t she rolling in the dough if that were the case?

My mind says she couldn’t possibly have stolen enough money to support her lifestyle (clothes, partying, etc.) but then you hear her friends say she was always borrowing money and not paying it back, etc. If she were a “working” girl, what could she have been spending her money on that she had to resort to stealing as well? It’s a mystery to me!!

I’m hearing a bit about Casey’s shoes, dna from fluids of Caylee’ s body
may be on them and those shoes may have been taken from home.
Also two pair in bag in car being examined for soil samples where
Caylee was found. Statement made if this evidence is found on
shoes, could bring back death penalty.
