Will judge force George and Cindy Anthony to answer questions in the Zenaida Gonzales defamation suit?
According to Eyewitness News, George and Cindy Anthony do not want to be questioned by Zenaida Gonzalez attorneys and are doing what they can to avoid it. They felt they were publicly ridiculed after they were questioned the first time for the way they behaved and they want to avoid facing that type of criticism again.
They also feel they could be hurting their daughter, Casey’s case if they testify.
Today, a judge will determine if they and their son, Lee, will have to testify in the civil case. Gonzales’ attorneys want to know if Casey every used Cindy’s credit cards without her permission–a question Cindy Anthony refused to answer the first time around. They will also be deposing one of Casey’s friends.
May 28th, Jose Baez will be in court to try and get the jail videotape of Casey’s reaction to Caylee’s remains being discovered thrown out.

Well, I’ll tell ya a great way to not be ridiculed in the next round, George and Cindy. Don’t treat it as a joke, (it’s obviously not one, or the judge would have thrown it out), and don’t treat the attorneys like they are dirt under your feet. (they’re doing exactly what your attorneys are doing–looking out for the best interest of their client) Answer the questions you are required to answer with no side shows and quietly leave afterwards.
Cindy, you might practice smiley faces in front of a mirror, and George, you need to work on that eye darting tic you’ve developed. Just a suggestion.
