Cindy, George, and Lee Anthony to be deposed by the State’s Attorney’s office today and tomorrow and more docs released to the defense.:

July 29, 2009

Looks like Cindy Anthony will be back in the hot seat this morning at 9:00 am.  George Anthony is scheduled to be deposed this afternoon, and Lee will be questioned Thursday.  All 3 are listed as witnesses for the prosecution (of the hostile variety would be my thought)  Wonder if “Juannie” Cochran will be in attendance for all 3?

UPDATE: Also it was revealed that another 230 docs were released by the prosecution to Jose Baez yesterday.

UPDATE: Brad Conway told news reporters that they MAY have something to say at the end of the day.  He said today would be a long day and wouldn’t comment whether George would be deposed this afternoon.  CINDY REMAINED COMPLETELY SILENT. hmmmm

here’s the link to the day 2 video

Wow…they sure snuck the depos up on us…betcha Kathy will not be the only reporter this time.

Wonder if Bozo will attend with George and Lee?

Can’t wait to hear all about it

    Hugs ♥♥♥

I wish they were videotaped. I want to see the new and improved Cindy. She probably has taken a triple dose of Zoloft so she can control herself.

I think Niecey’s thought was right on. Baez is attending them because then he won’t have to request the transcript–that means they won’t be made public.

She was smirking in a rather surreal–yet “serene” way when she left. Zoloft comes to mind…………

  5. July 29, 2009 6:21 am

    I saw that smirk *Mystery.
She looks totally stressed and has lost too much weight. I think the lies are taking a toll on her both physically and mentally and she is about to crack and tell the truth. She can’t keep up the charade for much longer.

Diana–come to think of it, I think the prosecution is there for the defense’s depositions. There was a member of the prosecution representing the two prison guards in theirs.

You’d think Casey would have cracked by now, too———-they are two tough cookies!!!

  8. July 29, 2009 6:49 am

    They are tough Mystery*
How could you live like that? Everyone hatin you, knowing you are a liar and living off of your dead grandchild. Having a sociopath daughter who is facing a death sentence. I think I’d rather die than to be in their shoes right now.

Me too, Diana. Although, I really feel like they helped make a truly horrific situation worse for them by their actions. They are reaping the consequences of those actions now.

I just added a video of Cindy leaving the depo and on it the newscaster said another batch of docs were given to the defense by the prosecution.

That is what 6 or 7 to our 1 we got. Sunshine Law? I think AL has changed the dynamics, but Washed Up Juannie is unnerving me. Where is the Florida Bar on this investigation??? Please tell me they are not at his house on the OJ slip n slide and in the Johnny Cochran kiddie pool sipping spiked juicy juice.

Juicy juice? You mean Casey Kool-Aid, right?

I wonder how calm Cindy was really able to remain…or if she had the nerve to piss off the prosecutors out to get her daughter the death penalty…or did she finally learn that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

be interesting to see if we get a docu dump this week. Whatever happened to media being able to argue for release of documents? Has that been happening?

The Bar is another mystery. Wha’s goin’ on?

If you watch the video of her leaving the State’s Attorney’s office, it almost looks like she and Conway conferred on the way out. “Ok–pretend like we just had the best laugh of our lives so the media will think we were on top of this depo.” Cindy having to go back today because the prosecution didn’t get all the answers they wanted says it didn’t go so well in there to me.

We are too many doc dumps behind, must be some good stuff, is all I can think. We have to have Ostella use her inside sources to find the Bar.

I think the best way to look at these depos is like this:

If the depos will be used by the prosecution in court, the prosecution must file them with the clerk, which makes them public record under Florida law. The assumption that Baez attended in order to keep the transcripts from going public is most likely correct, but it is only a delay. Unless the prosecution decides there is no reason to use the depos in court.

If the prosecution did decline to use the transcripts in court, we can rest assured that whatever was said in the depo matches what was said in an earlier bit of testimony and the prosecution prefers to use the earliest and already public documentation.

So, if the depos end up being part of a record dump in the near future, we immediately know that someone either lied or provided additional information that was not documented earlier.

In the meantime, we can amuse ourselves with thoughts of Cindy stuttering and stammering and writhing in her seat as she desperately wants to call the judge a dirty SOB and the prosecution names that cannot be uttered on TV.

I did watch the Video of Cindy and Brad C. leaving after the Dep, I have no Idea why they are smiling, I believe there is really nothing to smile about the Situation Cindy A. finds herself in. It might be just All for Show, just my Opinion.

    Mornin everybody!

I have a feeling somethin’s about to give. The state appears to be hot on the trail of somethin. Also, I think Morgan and Co will request these transcripts for the ZG civilsuit (he’s still tryin to finish questioning those 2), so chances are they will go public that way…. Yippeeee!!
Niecey, I did some digging about the bar committee, and found out they all went to Daytona for a lil fun in the summer sun. They’re gettin sloshed off pina coladas and throwin around a beachball. One of them is building a ginormous sandcastle in Bozo’s image, but the drunken bully of the bunch keeps stomping on it and ruining all the fun. Everytime someone mentions “work,” they all form a sloppy conga line to the cooler of alcohol under the umbrella….

This heat wave is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. We’ve hit 105-ish degrees for about 5 straight days now. Everything is sticky and gross. Even my poor lil parrot is hurtin…. He says, “Shaka Zulu’s HOT! Shaka want water. Cold water.” Then he dunks his head in icewater and says, “wooooo….water.” Poor lil thing…..when will it end?????????

(Sigh……….) Our tax dollars hard at work. Ostella, let us know when they show back up for work.
I pray your heat wave breaks, but I don’t want it. Poor little Shaka Zulu!!! Need rain? We will share some. We are raining everyday, not complaining though. We do those pesky droughts and heat waves sometimes too. I don’t think anywhere in the country is exempt from all those things now. We did a couple of 110ers.

I’m sure it was for show–she sure doesn’t want anyone to know if she was stressed over any of it. I agree, there is absolutely nothing about what’s happening that could justify those smirky smiles.

It’s been hotter than Hades here, too. A few weeks ago it was 107 4 days in a row and that wasn’t the heat index. The humidity is awful. Today we got a gully washer and it’s cooled wayyyyy down but still insanely humid. I’m soooooo ready for fall!

It’s been a strange Summer here in Indiana too. Mostly very warm and humid and
a lot of Rain. Thank God we haven’t had hot Weather like some of You. It has to be miserable.
We also have a lot of Mosquitoes this Year.
I too look forward to Fall, it’s my favorite Time of Year.
Ostella, I hope You and Shaka Zulu get Relief from the Heat soon accompanied by much needed Rain.

Off topic, but I have to share. I read somewhere that mint plants repel mosquitos and flies. We had a cookout several weeks ago with probably 20 people. I set up a buffet on the patio and we also ate outside. We filled vases of water with the wild spearmint that grows like a weed in our yard and also just layed sprigs around on the buffet table. Not one fly or mosquito! It was like heaven on earth! I thought well, that can’t be—

The next afternoon we went to a birthday party outside that included a cookout. People had to stand guard over the food and shoo away flies–they were thick! This was only a block from our house. I started to think there might be something to this old wive’s tale!

Since then we’ve kept vases of spearmint on our patio and I’ve even wiped myself down with the spearmint leaves. I’ve only had 2 mosquito bites this summer, and only a few flies. In the past we’ve been plagued by the little buggers!

    It’s worth a try!

Oooh, Mystery, Great Tip!!! I will definitely have to try that. Mint is really invasive here, but I could grow it in pots on my porch.
Looks like there will be a document dump tomorrow.

    thanks mystery… I love Angels

That is a good Tip You gave us with the Mint Plants. Thank You!
We have 2 mosquito Plants on our Porch, one on each Side, the Leaves look like a Geranium and they have a minty Smell to them. They seem to keep Mosquitoes
off our Porch. I will also try the Mint Plants, You are right once You start growing them they go wild. The Mosquitoes are really a Pest this Year, You can’t have enough Protection.

    Evening ladies!

Hi Hilde, its so good to see you on the blogs again! I’m so sorry about your sister….

I would do anything for some cold rain right about now. Or even a cool breeze. Shaka’s doin OK, its Pigbert I’m worried about. Smashface dogs DO NOT like heat. His new BFF is the backyard hose. They spend quality time together a lot these days, then Pig ditches him for the fan inside. I’m kind of neurotic about him in this heat…. Niecey, please send some rain my way. The cold variety.

Hello all my l♥velies…especially Shaka Zulu {Ducky} and Pigbert…stay as cool as you can and drink heaps of water…gotta keep hydrated 😆

Good tip about the mint Mystery…here in OZ everyone uses a “bug spray” that I am allergic to {brings me up in a tiny but itchy rash} however we all burn Citronella oil in bamboo holders at BBQ’s and rub Eucalyptus oil on our ankles as ozzy mozzies are HUGE and arrive in squadrons around dusk

Thanks for the excellent explanation Spacely…anyone wanna bet that we will see the transcripts? 🙄

Bozo states that the depos are nothing to do with the duhfense {does he mean about the murder trial???}…then why is he there??? Could it be about the fraud trial??? Totally confused…what’s new 😳

Off to do heaps of reading…hugs to everyone ♥♥♥
