Tim Miller hands photos of the crime scene area to the state prosecutor and the defense in the Casey Anthony saga
Looks like Tim Miller of TES has turned over photos, documents, and computer disks of info in their search for Caylee Anthony, to both the state prosecutor and the defense
Mark Nejame, Tim Miller’s attorney will hold a press conference Friday at 2:00 pm to discuss the photos. He says they prove that area was submerged in water a month prior to Caylee being found–contradicting statements (by the defense) that suggest the area was dry when Miller searched and that her body must have been planted there later. He will also discuss Baez’ request that Miller be named a witness for the defense in this case.
One of Baez motion’s tried to get EquuSearch to turn over maps, communications records and information on searchers and their involvement with investigators. (A similar motion was previously denied in January.) Nejame suggests in his response that although Miller doesn’t object to being a witness, there was no point in their request for detailed information, and in fact that information could be harmful to the volunteers. Nejame effectively ripped Baez a new one with his critique of the motion, saying at one point he wanted Miller compensated if the court decided to name him a witness–but that he wanted to make sure the funds were on the up and up. LOL I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I love Mark Nejame!
Poor Defense–They appear to be running out of excuses and scapegoats……Wonder if Miller and NeJame’s pro-active stance is just a preview of how Baez’ and Lyons’–and therefore, Casey’s–day in court will go tomorrow.
