Jose Baez cleared by the Florida Bar in 2nd ethics probe this week

September 8, 2009

Jose Baez has been cleared by the Florida Bar in yet another ethics probe.

Letter from the Bar

He was being investigated over accusations that he was “receiving fees on the Casey Anthony case with an agreement to publicize her story.”

The complaint was filed by a woman named Shannon Stoy of Pennington, NJ. Her connection to the case was not immediately known.

The complaint also accused Baez of receiving services from a company called PMC “that could be considered non-client party compensation.”

Baez was questioned in regard to the allegations and the Bar found “insufficient evidence” that he had violated any rules.

Baez provided a statement saying his agreement with Casey contains no clause that would allow him to gain financially from her story. He said the services he received from PMC were “provided gratuitously.”

Sounds like their’s a lot more to this story. Who is PMC & why would they just provide “services” “gratuitously:. !! and who is shannon stoy & what does she know about it? hmmmm
We all know there is back door, underhanded dealings going on. How on earth is Baez going to be paid for all of this??????

    Hiya Mystery, Molly and Mikka”… PMC = Press Media Corp and Shannon Stoy is the President of Blink Development Group LLC in Pennington New Jersey. {I either read this at Blinks or on the In Session Message Boards.}

Lets look at this in a positive light…with 3 “victories” under his belt surely KC could not appeal that he is/was “inefective council.”

Best we not tell Bozo that his victories are actually based on “insufficient evidence” … just let him wallow in his own smirks…his turn will come

    Hugs ♥♥♥

We must make this VERY CLEAR to our Bozo:

INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE does not mean “unfounded allegations.”

INNOCENT and NOT GUILTY are NOT the same thing.

Learn to put the proper emPHASis on the right syllABLE! The word is pronounced “en-COM-pass-ing.” NOT “income-PASS-ing.” Good Lord, that drove me nuts….he did it like 3 times….

Said Baez spokesperson Marti Mackenzie: “In the eight months since I began working with Jose, he has had to both defend his client and suffer repeated false allegations about his representation of her. One by one, these allegations have been shown to be as without merit.”

Oh, cry me a river! Baez has done anything but suffer, and somehow I don’t think he’s lost weight from all his hard work “defending” his client.

It’s been my experience that where there’s smoke, there’s fire. There are also more complaints against Baez out there. And, as Jill said, if he’s cleared by the Bar and continues to defend Casey, she will have a much harder time declaring, “ineffective counsel”! Either way, Casey loses.

Bozo left Mackenzie specific instructions to call the state “Hispanic Haters,” and she failed to follow thru. She’s fired. In related news, Marti Mackenzie has now also been deemed racist against hispanics.

In the eight months since I began working with Jose, he has had to cover his tracks repeatedly for various unethical and illegal actions during his representation of his client. Our defense team simply does not have time to continue to defend Jose from these allegations, what with the check fraud trial beginning in the near future and the murder trial right on its heels, we have determined to focus our resources on the client and will no longer be working to defend an attorney who should know better… unless it appears his actions will bring us more money… then we forget about prep for the client and focus on Bags.. I mean Money Bags… I mean Baez… One by one, these allegations have been shown to be without sufficient evidence… thank god for fire… and paper shredders…

In an unrelated matter, Jose has never paid me either, but you don’t see me whining to the Bar… that’s just a waste of time… it’s way easier to copy his signature at the end of a lucrative contract and sue him for the cash… silly Dominic…

Gotta run, lots and lots of letters from GnC to pack into the Hispanic Hero’s briefcase for his jail visit with the client… geez, this thing weighs a ton, how does he carry it in from the parking lot?!?

Recent recorded convo between members of the Dream Team:

Lyons: Jose, how did it go at the Bar hearing today?

Jose: Great, I got cleared, just like I knew I would. It’s all part of being the world’s greatest Hispanic Hero.

L: Good to hear. What was the actual ruling?

J: You know, I wasn’t really paying attention and they kept confusing me by telling me I was somewhere else.

L: Ok, now I am confused, what do you mean they told you that you were somewhere else?

J: Well, they said that the charges were dismissed, but I think they had me confused with George because they kept talking about camping and boating. They must have heard about his new boat.

L: Hey, I know I tell you this all the time, but you are not making any sense at all right now. Where exactly did they say you were?

J: I think they may have been calling be dumb, but I wasn’t gonna jinx the verdict by objecting. They kept saying, “Case Dismissed. In a fish tent ever dense.”

L: Umm… I think you mean “Case Dismissed – Insufficient Evidence.”

J: Ha, ha, ha, hee, ho, ha, no, no, no… you are too funny sometimes… insufferwhatever… that isn’t even a word… hahahahaha.

I think baby killler is getting the defense she deserves. The only thing better would have been to have her defend herself.
