Non profit orgs and private eyes–oh my! Is that what the Haleigh Cummings case is missing?

October 13, 2009

What is it about families of missing children and non-profits? It’s almost like, if your child goes missing it’s mandatory that you start a non-profit organization. In the case of Haleigh Cummings, first Crystal Sheffield, her mother, tried it (remember the Haleigh Bug Foundation?)  and now it looks like Ron may have a go at it.

According to Ronald Cummings attorney, Terry Shoemaker, Ron thinks the PCSO has been doing a great job following all the tips and leads in his daughter’s disappearance but he thinks it might be of help if he brought in his own PI to look at things from a different angle.

“What we’d like to do is hire an independent private investigator that would allow them to look into some different areas, check down some different stories that have come in and possibly lead the investigation in another direction,” said Shoemaker.

Oh, Lord–please tell me Dominic Casey’s newest “assignment” doesn’t involve Satsuma.  And does “another direction” mean “away from Misty?”  Shoemaker says Ron still believes Misty had nothing to do with Haleigh’s disappearance.

Shoemaker went on to say he’s checking out how they might set up a non-profit organization to help keep Haleigh in the spotlight and to collect funds to pay for that private eye they’re looking to hire.

“We just want another set of eyes on there to look at stuff and to possibly go in some different directions,” said Shoemaker.

Could a private investigator make a difference in this case?  Unless he’s an insider, I doubt it seriously.  Remember Cobra? TJ Hart? Art Harris?  Not that they are PI’s, but they have all three been working this case for a long time and have continued to hit brick walls.  And a non-profit?  I’m not even gonna go there…..

Everytime Ron’s attorney opens his mouth, my opinion of him dips ever lower.

“I know he blames himself for going to work that night. He beats himself up, you know, why didn’t I just call in sick that night? This never would have happened,” said Ronald’s attorney, Terry Shoemaker.

Yeah, that is the one and only thing Ron should blame on himself… not that he left the kids with an underage hungover druggie with a desire to hurt him… not that he took advantage of a minor by supplying her with booze and illegal narcotics in exchange for sex and babysitting… not that every single moment of his waking life was leading up to exactly this type of tragedy…

I can see why Shoemaker would think they need a non-profit to get the word out about Haleigh being missing… seeing as no one in America could have possibly heard this news during the many national news broadcasts about this case…

The sad and scary part of this is that Dominic Casey has already claimed actively working on this case………………….Check it out:

I never could figure out when he worked on this case, maybe it was a set the stage kind of thing, but Cobra has complained on many occasions that Dominic has tried to run him off and scare him off of this case. I couldn’t figure out why.
All we need now if for Bozo to become Misty’s attorney…………… 😆

Spacely–I’ve never thought Ron had anything to do with Haleigh’s disappearance, but I agree with you that he’s guilty as hell of neglect by leaving her with Misty. The non-profit and PI thing smacks of the Anthonys–People that he has publicly distanced himself from. I’d bet my bottom dollar they and Kid Finders are helping them “look at ways to set up a non-profit organization”

Doesn’t surprise me that it really is Dominic Casey they have hired. Obviously they’ve contracted a mutant strain of CEV–MEV. Wonder if Dominic will start another “file.” like he had for Cindy.

I just don’t understand these bottom feeders. I’m sure they already have a file. I’m sure Misty’s family is on it. Of course Cobra is on it. God knows whom else.
These are the lowest of low, that will play these games over these cases. Of course they are laughing all the way to the bank. What a sad statement for humanity. It is my prayer that every blood sucking greedy bottom feeder in both of these cases will have their souls troubled and haunted by every dollar of blood money they make, or have made.

What makes Ronald Cummings qualified to run any organzation, profit or not? I wouldn’t trust him to manage a lemonade stand responsibly.

So are the akward “suits” he’s been wearing lately an attempt to dress the role of the “business man?” Did he also buy a briefcase? Or is he just fudging it with a Peachee folder?

ostella–He thinks he can run a non-profit because someone he trusts has convinced him he can.

Hadn’t thought about his new wardrobe being a forerunner of his new business! lol. Very observant!

And here I thought Ron was just getting ready for Halloween as a “lawyer” or a “business man” or a “plain-clothes detective” with his new ties and blazers… 🙂

Seeing him in those oversized suits always makes me think of the old Frosted Mini-Wheats commercials, where the kids in “grownup business clothing” say, “The kid in me LOVES the frosting!”

Well, some of us know a great man he could hire to be his PI! How about “Itsamysterytome” You have already followed up on a lot of leads, conducted your own search, know the ins and outs of pcso … And most of all, you believe Ron is innocent. I believe you have great passion in finding HaLeigh, it is quite evident to me! You should submit your resume! I am serious!
