$1,000,000 reward offered for the safe return of Jennifer Kesse

January 29, 2010

January 24th, marked the anniversary of the 4th year Jennifer Kesse has been missing.  Her parents have a new reward up for $1,000,000 for the safe return of Jennifer.  This offer is good until February 24,th 2010.

Mrs. Kesse recently posted on an earlier blog I did about George and Cindy Anthony, the grandparents of Caylee Anthony, and the parents of her accused killer, Casey. LINK

In her comment, she spoke passionately about her disgust at people who would profit from the death of their child, and wanted people to know that not all victim’s relatives exploit their situation.  Below is a portion of her comment.

……… FYI-Drew and I, parents of Abducted Jennifer Kesse-age 24,from in or near her Mosaic at Millenia in Orlando 1/24/06, a gated security guarded complex-(folks do not be deceived and let your guard down) HAVE NEVER BEEN PAID TO DO A TV INTERVIEW IT NEVER EVEN CAME UP NOR HAVE WE EVER CHARGED ANYONE FOR PICTURES. The media’s help in keeping the awareness of this heinous crime is all we ask, not financial compensation. We are hard working, middle class people who have unconditional love for both our children and not all parents of missing children, EXPLOIT the situation for financial gain. We do not have attorneys representing us or any of our family members….we do not need representation. SPEAKS volumes about the type of individuals the Anthony’s are….please never put us in the same category. They choose to view themselves as victims….we have verbalized time and time again, Jenn is the victim, this is about finding her, we are the by-products of this heinous crime. Thankyou-please visit http://www.findjenniferkesse.com pass the website to everyone in your address book here/abroad and ask them to do the same.

Jennifer is the victim of a crime that all our daughters and sons (but mostly are daughters) are vulnerable to, and all parents of young adult children fear:  She has disappeared without a trace.   If you have not read about what is believed to have happened to Jennifer,  please visit her website for more information.

God Bless the Kesses. I pray that Jennifer is found. I’ve been praying for her and for them for a very long time. I’ve followed the case. I completely agree with Mrs. Kesse and what she said about the A’s. She’s right on with that statement. I will continue to pray for Jennifer and her family. God Bless Them All.
Thank you Mystery for bringing this to us.

So there are Jennifer’s parents, the Kesse’s, who love her so much that the thought of profiting from her death is abhorent to them, as it would be with any normal human. Hard working, middle-class people who would NOT EXPLOIT the situation for financial gain!!!

I soo appreciate the kesse’s ,, they are NOT like the anthonys , who want money, money money for pictures … they are wanting to profit, AND, they are wanting to free the killer of their grandbaby, caylee…..they deserve our collective scorn…
the kesse’s ,, bless their hearts deserve resolution.. they deserve to find their daughter jennifer… I hope and pray they will get their daughter home…

Yes, the Kesse’s are a fine example of how someone that has been thrown into the limelight because of a personal tragedy beyond their control should conduct themselves. IMO, the Anthonys’ should have sought counsel from people like the Kesses’ rather than the Kidfinders of the world.

    Bees–

The difference is like night and day. The Anthonys’ chose a completely different path than the Kesses’ did and I have to believe that they chose it consciously. Surely other parents (maybe even the Kesses’) approached the Anthonys to offer advice and help, and they chose to reject it in favor of Dennis Milstead.

I agree with you 100%. The Kesses’ deserve resolution whatever that might be. I still pray their daughter will turn up alive. Miracles do happen–Jaycee Dugard is an example of a real miracle.

(and, thanks, madmaxi for your kind words)

I just wish they would find her. This poor family!

SEE what the A’s selling pictures to the morning shows have done to others? Makes people act like everyone who has a child missing is getting paid! Only the A’s are the ones who think they are celebrities and thinks the WORLD owes them!

Jennifer Kesse needs to be found!!!!!

Hello Mystery and everyone, what a shame this family has no answers still on their beautiful daughter. I remember Jennifer had concerns about the workers since a lot of the condos were not finished and was somewhat uneasy about moving there. Since she went missing so soon after moving in i believe it was one of the worker’s that took her. We may never know but there is always hope this family will get the answer’s one day or hopefully find Jennifer alive. Wouldn’t that be fantastic?

Oh and Mystery, the Ant’s couldn’t possiblychoose the Kesse’s over the Milstead’s as what would they have in common with the honorable classey Kesse’s? NOTHING~~~~ I could not help myself, the truth just burst out of my mouth. lol

I agree. IMO, they have done irreparable damage. It makes it so much harder to raise funds to help search for other children because of the lack of trust that case has generated with the public.
