Amber alert update: Aja Johnson
The reward for information on the abduction of Aja Johnson is now up to $20,o00. The little girl was believed to have been taken after her mother was beaten to death by her ex-husband, Lester Hobbs, on January 24th in Geronimo, Oklahoma. (for earlier post click HERE) Hobbs had what could be a 29 hour lead before police began searching for him.
Aja has an attention deficit disorder that requires medication to control. Hobbs is known to have hated the little girl, and according to her mother, had threatened to kill Aja in the past.
Lester Hobbs is believed to be driving a 1992, white Toyota Paseo with the license plate number 577-BPW. A window is busted on the right rear passenger’s side as can be seen on the left. He is pictured on the right with Aja’s mother hours before she was beaten to death.
