Landfill search ends with no sign of Baby Gabriel Johnson
No sign of baby Gabriel was found in the San Antonio landfill search.
“We found no evidence of a homicide,” San Antonio Police Chief William McManus reported at a news conference. After 16 days and 4,260 tons of debris they feel confident that nothing that would indicate Gabriel had been placed there exists.
“The good news is that we have no homicide at this point; the bad news is that the case remains open,” he said.
A tip brought police to the landfill owned by Republic Services, a waste and environmental services company based in Phoenix, Arizona.
This really is good news, and probably comes as no surprise to Gabriel’s father, Logan McQueary who has been searching on his own for his child. He believes Gabriel is the victim of an illegal adoption and has solicited the help of world famous PI Jay J Armes to help find him. Little Gabriel has been missing since December 26, 2009.
Please continue to pray for Gabriel and his family.
