Hi mystery, glen and mikka! Well, now that this morning is shot…. Nothing new in those docs.
Gee, it’s a good thing that the FBI was testing real live human hair to try and find death bands.?? I think if they sent that evidence over to my Grandson’s day care, they would have gotten the same results from those kids!
Cindy could get a job cleaning operating rooms, just absolutely spotless and germ free! I’ll hire her to do my house!

Hi, Glen, Mikka, and Carol–Yep, no handwriting analysis 😦

I think it’s pretty interesting that Cindy’s vacuum’s were so clean. Why would she do that?? I think the answer is pretty clear.

  5. glen permalink
    April 23, 2010 2:25 pm

Cindy must of used the wet vac to shampoo the trunck and dump it
next to the pool..that is why the dogs hit .And then she scrubed the
    vac and steam cleaner to.

Still wonder why Lee has not poped his head out from the rocks he is hiding under. Lee is to quiet,,something fisheee there don’t ya think

You know what, Glen? You may be absolutely correct about Cindy dumping the water. I would think it would certainly be possible that the dogs would have hit on that.

“When your dreams turn to dust, vacuum” – then clean it out to get rid of the evidence…

“Money never made a man happy yet, nor will it. The more a man has, the more he wants. Instead of filling a vacuum, it makes one.” – Benjamin Franklin – maybe she was looking for the money in the vacuum?

“Spaghetti can be eaten most successfully if you inhale it like a vacuum cleaner.” – Sophia Loren – but it makes a big mess, so you need to clean it out right away?

    Nature abhors a dirty vacuum?

Clean Vacuuminess is next to Godliness?

“I’m not going to vacuum ’til Sears makes one you can ride on” – Rosanne Barr – but Cindy just wants a self-cleaning version?

“If you want greater prosperity in your life, start forming a vacuum to receive it.” – Catherine Ponder – Cindy not only formed the vacuum, she got it all cleaned up and pretty for that prosperity to come a-rolling in?

“Goodness is achieved not in a vacuum, but in the company of other men, attended by love.” – Saul Bellow – from their level of “goodness”, maybe the Ants are living in those vacuums and Cindy wants it clean in there?

“A vacuum is a hell of a lot better than some of the stuff that nature replaces it with.” – Tennessee Williams – or any of the stuff KC puts in it?

“If it isn’t the sheriff, it’s the finance company; I’ve got more attachments on me than a vacuum cleaner.” – John Barrymore – so do the Ants, but at least the vacuum is clean?

“A bore is a vacuum cleaner of society, sucking up everything and giving nothing. Bores are always eager to be seen talking to you.” – Elsa Maxwell – sound like anyone you know??? But at least they are clean???

“Mrs. Joe was a very clean housekeeper, but had an exquisite art of making her cleanliness more uncomfortable and unacceptable than dirt itself.” – Charles Dickens – it is a bit uncomfortable and a little unacceptable she cleaned the dirt out of the vacuums…

“What separates two people most profoundly is a different sense and degree of cleanliness.” – Friedrich Nietzche – and cleaning four vacuum cleaners after using them to suck up the smell of a dead body from the trunk of your car – that is a profoundly different sense and degree of cleanliness that separates me from Cindy…

“Cleanliness becomes more important when godliness is unlikely.” – PJ O’Rourke – and it’s pretty unlikely at this point… 😆

Wow, Spacely! LOL. The first one says it all about Cindy, doesn’t it?–“When your dreams turn to dust, vacuum.”

  7. April 23, 2010 3:09 pm

Hi Glen. I’ll bet you that good old brother Flea took all the shop vacs, shampooers and vacuums home with him and got rid of them. Then Cindy, (our new goddess of cleanliness and envy of housewives everywhere) bought new ones. I agree that Mr. Clean dumped the shop vac water in the backyard. So, we have this crime solved!
Flea is the only one that got immunity or whatever it was called from his lawyer. He thinks he is invisible now. He should remember that you can pick your friends but not your family.
Spacely; You sir are a royal hoot! That is deep! LOL!!

Good chance Lee is being quiet for a good reason. The less he is out there being crazy the more credible witness he will be.

find this thats interessting what mason say!

In March 2009 Cheney Mason talked about Casey not reporting Caylee missing for 30 days – Cheney Mason said: “When she was questioned about that, her effect was so flat and unemotional that it called our human experience into question,” veteran Orlando defense attorney Cheney Mason said.

Cheney Mason has said a lot of things. Surely he remembers saying them. So, why would he want to take on this case KNOWING that every last word he’s uttered about Casey Anthony would come to light?

  12. April 23, 2010 8:27 pm

mikka; Wow, that’s interesting. In the first (?) phone call that Cindy made to 911, it was like pulling teeth to get Casey to get on the phone and talk. You could hear her in the back ground saying something like; ‘I don’t want to talk to them’ and ‘why’? Then she got on the phone and her voice was like she was bored to death with no emotion. They should play that one in court! I hope he ‘has fun’ with explaining that in court.

ooops after 8 months he did it!
mason and bozo sturmed off! 😆

Although the attorney representing Texas EquuSearch said none of the 4,000 volunteers searched the exact spot where Caylee’s remains were found, Anthony’s defense team wanted to see for themselves. Shortly after Local 6 arrived at Nejame’s office, Anthony’s attorneys stormed off.

Baez and Mason would not explain why they were finally viewing the records, and it’s not known if the attorneys would be returning to Nejame’s office.

    Nejame refused to comment.

Wonder who alerted the media?—–Mr. Nejame?——

find something good, the docs with the hair is OLD docs, fbi did future test on it,and it says this from a blogger

This “mystery” hair is not a “mystery”! It is logged in aas Q107…On page 10284 released October 2009 from the FBI who tested it it clears states it is a RABBIT HAIR. End of mystery. So if bozo wants to say a rabbit killed ♥CAYLEE♥ and put her in 3 bags from the anthony’s and a winnie the pooh blanket from the anthony’s he will look like the big azz that he is. He is stupid but not that stupid!

So, the unknown hair found with Caylee is a rabbit hair? How come no one is reporting that?

    Update for Monday, April 26:

As of today, no new motions filed with the Orange County Clerk of Courts. Which again begs the question, why were there media reports motions were filed by defense last Monday? Where did that information come from? Was the recusal being granted a shock to the defense?

There has been an Unavailibilty Notice added as of last Friday, April 23. My guess is this means Jose does not want to attend court with the new judge this Friday. Seems like a hard sell to me, as Jose’s excuse for not being ready with stuff has always been that this single case takes up all of his time… so what would he be doing that is more important that this case? If whatever he is doing is for this case, what is it that cannot be scheduled around court? In any case, seems like a great way to start off a relationship with a new judge.

I was also noticing on the clerk site that below the actual motions, orders, etc, there is a receipt log showing copies of some of this stuff being made and paid for by various individuals including Belich, Lyon, Bristow, a ton for KC – which I interpret to be her counsel, and assorted others. The interesting thing is that you apparently are not required to give your name as many say Media, Customer, or Copy. But far more interesting are the ones that say Sealed or Expunged… why would the name of someone that bought a copy of some record connected to this case need to be either Sealed or Expunged? Why would they not have remained anynomous to begin with?

For the many researchers out there – there are a ton of names on that list that have never appeared in any KC article – probably would be great fun to learn who each is and why they felt the need to buy a copy of any of the records of this case…

Very strange that those motions haven’t been filed. Who leaked them and why? Did they just decide they weren’t worth filing after Judge Perry took over? It’s very mysterious. As is Baez unavailability notice. Of all the days in the world to not be in court, the first day with the new judge wouldn’t be one of them. Has he lost his mind? (did he ever have one to lose?)

I’ll have to check the court clerk’s site. I can’t imagine why someone’s name would be kept hidden.

“so what would he be doing that is more important that this case?”

    1. Washing his many pairs of brown underwear.

    2. Braiding LKB’s hair extensions at a weeklong defense team slumber party.

3.Trimming a bonsai plant in the shape of the sun rising from Casey’s a$$hole.

    4. Sculpting a replica of the SS Caylee Marie out of his own earwax.

    5. Playing Connect 4 with Geraldo on the yacht.

    6. Taking bonghits with Mason off the Florida taxpayer’s dollars, while blasting Pink Floyd.

    7. Sending Strickland daily bouquets, with letters of apology, begging him to take him back.

    8. Dropping acid and running naked with the squirrels in the woods off Suburban.

    9. Rockin out to the Miami Vice soundtrack while teaching himself how to use Caseys hair straightener.

    10. Spending quality time with his turtle collection.

Oh my! You got me rolling on the floor with this one! 😆

Eggy, thanks for the suggestions as to Jose’s recent activities that make it impossible for him to attend a hearing he had to know was coming from his request to oust the previous judge – I think numbers 3 and 4 are the most likely! 🙂

As to your second post… hahahahahahahahahaha…

    I mean… hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe…

No, no, no, what I really mean is… about time!!!

I hope that if he does get disbarred that KC and her family sue the crap out of him and get the $90,000 back so KC can use it to repay the state for her real defense.

Just for fun, I am posting this old quote from Cindy from way back in August 2008:

“”I’m telling everybody, get off your a** and look for my granddaughter. I don’t care if this is on the news or what, but she is out there. She’s out there and God knows what I’m talking about,” said the toddler’s grandmother.”

    http://www.cfnews13.com/News/Local/2008/8/3/caylee39s_father_makes_jail_visit.html

She is out there and God knows what Cindy is talking about… knowing everything we know now… seems kind of telling, doesn’t it???

Hi MYSTERY!! And EVRYONE else, as well!! SORRY I’ve not written in like forevr, I’ve just been busy!! I watched NG last night, & it was disturbing to me!! Why??!! Well, ‘cuz NG pointed out that the evidence in the O.J. case, & the Phil Specter case; HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH!! ( And, we just recently learned, that the same thing now, has happened in this Anthony case!! The defense WILL SAY: “See, we told ya!! the hair ( found @ the crime scene, doesn’t match “CRAZEY’S”!! Or, any of the other Anthony’s!! So, “CRAZEY’S” innocent!!)” Howevr, what they don’t take INTO ACCT., is ALL the evidnence AGAINST “CRAZEY”!! ( And, you ALL KNOW, it is TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION!!) Tell me ‘MYSTERY’, ( or anybdy) could “CRAZEY” have had accomplices, in the ‘HORRIBLE’ MURDER of her ‘ANGEL’ CAYLEE??!! ( It REALLY SOUNDS/ SEEMS like she did, eh??!! But, that she dealt the FINAL blow/s; ya know??!!) PLEASE LET ME KNOW, A.S.A.P.!! 🙂 🙂 Also, ‘MYSTERY’, & EVRYONE ELSE, HOPE YA’LL HAD A ‘WONDERFUL’ EASTER!! 🙂 🙂 “PEACE-OUT”!! TINA- ( P.S., ‘MYSTERY’, if I get a chance ( what w/ bein’ busy w/ my little Michael); I have some MORE ‘AWESOME’ recipes, for you, NIECEY, ETC. “RIGHT-ON”, EH??!!) TINA-

Hi Tina! Good to see you!

I had a terrific Easter and hope you did, too. I’ll be looking forward to your recipes!

I wouldn’t worry too much about this case turning out like OJ’s. The “mystery” hair was found with the Disney bag and gatorade bottle. The defense may argue that the hair belongs to “the real killer”, but the state will come back and say the detectives found the stuff in the woods and it could be completely unrelated to Caylee’s death.

Thanks for that link. I either heard this one or another one to Tim from Cindy a while back. I don’t remember hearing her say she provided drugs for his back for him. Where did she get them? She’s a nurse not a doctor and as far as I know, nurses can’t prescribe medications. Must’ve brought home some “samples”…..

Not a threat? this certainly sounded threatening to me. Don’t mess with the Anthony family because you won’t win? What a stupid woman she is.

    Mystery,

I knew that Cindy was not happy with TES or the change in focus from looking for a live missing child to a search for any possible clue to a child either alive or dead. I knew that she was unhappy with Tim.

But the raw hatred in that voice mail is astonishing! It’s like the climax of a bitter fight between two jilted lovers.

The man showed up and brought an entire organization with him at her request to help find her missing granddaughter. His organization funded much of the searching themselves, took all of the organizational headaches and administration upon themselves, and brought in a bunch of equipment the sherrif’s office stated was needed.

For Cindy to then treat Tim in this manner would be completely unbelievable to anyone that has not followed the case. I am sure Tim has never had such an experience in his long career of helping those in need.

I think the message clearly indicates that Cindy was never searching for Caylee, the entire request to Tim was a sham designed to flaunt her independence to the sherrif and the FBI, and she never expected him to actually show up or push the search forward to the point he might actually find Caylee, who Cindy claimed during a front yard TV interview in October 2008 when all this was reaching a head but prior to the discovery of the body, that she and George never believed Caylee “was in the woods or anything like that”.

It’s one of the worst quality clips I have ever seen, but you can hear Cindy make that statement – why would she specifically state “in the woods” – makes you think about that quote from George before Caylee was found when he talks about looking up in the sky and knowing Caylee is under the same stars… yeah, just down the street… in the woods.

Cindy’s treatment of Tim Miller was absolutely appalling. A “normal” “human” family would have been kissing his feet for doing exactly what she asked–He “got off his ass” and looked for her granddaughter that she had to know was more than likely dead.

I remember Cindy saying she didn’t believe Caylee “was in the woods or anything like that”, and think it was as strange a statement today as I did then, and makes me believe more than ever that these people knew almost from the beginning what happened to Caylee. Remember, Cindy also stated way back when that her daughter told half-truths but that she was always able to get the real truth out of her in the end. end.

  41. Spacely permalink
    April 27, 2010 2:30 pm

I think Hope’s attorney really steered her wrong on this case – from her point of view (personally, I don’t believe she was remorseful for an instant or had any intentions of changing her behavior or getting her GED or anything other than dropping back into her old lifestyle).

But, it seems to me she played directly into LE’s hands. I believe that by being the only one not to contest her charges, she accelerated her sentencing, which worked out beautifully for LE who now gets to use her sentencing as leverage against the others. Her case also demonstrates that even though she pleaded no contest and took her punishment in the hopes it would be less severe, 15 years was the least severe and anyone who is going to push the county into an actual court battle probably isn’t going to get off that easy.

But I find it incomprehensible that Hope believed she would get off with the probation and such as a youthful offender. Surely her attorney advised her such was not the case. It’s hard to say because when you listen to the stuff that spews out of Misty’s mouth, it seems clear she either is not listening the her attorney and his predictions of her legal future or she only hears the parts she wants to hear because she appears to truly believe she will be getting out of jail soon.

I agree 100% Spacely. All of these people seem to live in the land of La La. Misty still doesn’t appear to really get it. The fact that Haleigh is gone is not going to go away, and life for her is never going to be the same again because of it. She is going to pay for whatever her part was in Haleigh’s disappearance–one way or the other.

I can’t wait to see how Judge Perry sets the tone in court on the next hearing they have. I don’t think there will be too many dramas and maybe cindy anthony will stop chewing her cud in court now. I wonder if KC’s stupid smirk will be finally wiped off but you never know with that piece of work. Maybe she thinks she will be able to charm this Judge and it she does she’s just as dillusional as she sounded in her letters and her infamous RV tour. What a tool!!!

I have been out of pocket lately but wanted to stop by and say hi! Thanks for all you do! God Bless you.

    JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!!

Hi Nancy! She is still in the hospital but doing so much better. Thank you for your continued prayer, dear friend!
