Jose Baez may have found a photo of the real Zaneida with Caylee?

Jose Baez says he’s tracked down a guy with the one existing photo proving that Zenaida Fernandez Gonzales is real. It’s a mystery to me how, out of the hundreds of pictures Casey took, (and by all accounts she was a picture takin’ fool), she never snapped one shot of Zenaida with Caylee! This woman supposedly took care of Caylee for over half her life, took her everywhere from the beach to Universal Studios, and photographer Casey doesn’t have one picture.
—–AND, drumroll please, Casey’s legal team is getting closer to finding Caylee——-
Do I hear a collective gasp? No? When I first heard this on the news yesterday and read the story, I was like, WOW! Wouldn’t that be the perfect fairy tale ending to this stranger than fiction story? A hero from the west (California) comes riding to the rescue, (on a white horse, no doubt), with photos that will finally exonerate “Saint Casey”, the future recipient of the Mother Of The Year award. Please don’t get me wrong–If this turns out to be the truth, I will be in line with the rest of the “reasonably sane” world to apologize and confess the error of my ways. I really want this to be true, but, I can’t see it playing out in any sort of positive way.
Because two scenarios instantly come to mind here.
Scenario 1. It’s the job of Baez and the gang to attempt to establish reasonable doubt in anticipation of a murder trial. He’s got more than an uphill battle with this one– climbing Mt. Everest comes to mind. Kind of hard to “reasonably” think a photograph of someone Casey claims is the real Zenaida will prove she didn’t kill her daughter–but I guess it might possibly establish reasonable doubt. For me, it’s beyond coincidence that there are two Zenaidas’, and the one that was looking at a unit at Sawgrass isn’t the one who watched Caylee at the same apartment and subsequently took her. Even if it was, there’s still that pesky little issue of “it smells like there’s a dead BODY in the damn car.” The “damn car” is Casey’s car-not Zenaida’s. This is a proven fact according to police and the Body Farm. And, unless this guy was living in a cave, wouldn’t he have come forward with this bombshell photo months ago? I can hear it now– he didn’t come forward because he’s either a happily married man that didn’t want his wife knowing he was involved with Casey, or he’s an illegal that feared deportation. I’m sure Jose Baez with his expert powers of persuasion has convinced him that he must come forward.
Scenario 2. (And I think probably the truth.) Casey is taking Baez on the same wild goose chase she took LE on. She’s a sociopath and a pathological liar, Jose -her own mother even said so before she decided it was easier to live in denial than to live with the truth. So now, instead of dragging people all over Orlando, Casey is dragging them all over the country–I guess we should be grateful that somebody other than the taxpayers of Florida will be paying for her lies this time.

I agree with you completely. Why is it that this idiot never has any proof of her innocence in her possesion? I had a phone with the nanny’s number, but I lost it. I have a picture of me with the nanny, but some man in Puerto Rico has it. I have a work badge somewhere, my mom has seen it, but no one else has. I have a newspaper clipping of the death of Caylee’s father…somewhere…I think…I…uhhhh…wouldn’t have thrown it away, I don’t think. By the way, John, that Photoshop pic is HILARIOUS! Yep, that’s probably what it’ll look like…LOL!
My first thought was Photoshop! I certainly hope that Casey’s team hasn’t hired someone to “create” a photo. And if someone has an actual photo of Zenaida with Casey and Caylee….why is it just now coming into play?

Of course, I suppose there could be a 3rd possibility. It occurs to me that very likely someone out there is looking at the family picnic pictures just now back from foto-mat and he says, “Look here at these people in the background— Doesn’t it look like that Casey Anthony? And little Caylee? And wait just a minute, that could be the kidnapper!”
And Casey, bless her, doesn’t look a gift horse in the mouth, she just says, “Yeah, that’s us alright!” And the police have got a few more hours work to figure it out and prove it’s not her.

You know John, sadly I have to agree with you. I have more respect for Leonard Padilla, who I think has gotten a bad rap. Jose Baez has done nothing but try to point the finger elsewhere and try to buy time. He can’ t be that dumb. He has to see what we see. I guess he seems sleazy to me. I just wouldn’t ever be able to defend Casey Anthony, even if that was my job I just couldn’t. If ever there was an obvious case of guilt, this is it. For him to defend her or disagree with facts like he does just makes him look ridiculous.
what does Casey Anthony and Jose Angel Baez do in his office from 10:am- 6:pm every day. Other lawyers say that is very unusual. Now they want field trips in secret. Jose is from Puerto Rico , he has an expired real estate license, Jose is missing some classes to keep his law license valid, Jose has been a lawyer for 3 years. I think he has fallen for Casey Anthony, and I think they might run away togeather. She’s gets men under her control. Ok , here is my theory if Caylee is not found during this weekends search. Alot of people are saying that a guy by the name of JP Chatt is Caylees father. the simularities between them are amazing, Casey hates JP Chatt for some unknown reason. JP Chatt and his father own the building Amy lived in, JP Chatt and his family are from Puerto Rico and are lets say filthy rich. Lets just say casey had a one night stand with JP, he told her she was a skank for sleeping with him so fast. She gets pregnant, didnt want to bother with him cuz he told her she was a ho, and she didnt like that cuz she thought she was the fun party girl that everyone liked. As time went on and caylee got older she needed more attention from casey, more than casey was willing to give, so she didnt want to give the baby to her mom, cuz she hated the fact that caylee was more attatched to cindy than her. so she went to JP and told him if he didnt take caylee she would blackmail him for some reason or another, so JP dont want any trouble cuz hes studying to be a channel 9 news anchor and dont want any negative press, so he takes Caylee back to Puerto Rico to his parents where no one would think of looking for her. And him and casey come up with a kidnapping plan, one which they didnt think would get so out of hand, they just figure the cops would just put out a missing child report on caylee and it would go on for years quietly.(could be the reason why she was checking online for info on missing children) he also gave her jose baez’s name to be her lawyer, (JP has a cyndy baez working for his fathers company in Puerto Rico) is she a relative of Jose baez??? The clorofrom in the car was probably from her giving it to caylee all the times she went partying, and it just stayed in the car. and it seems awful funny that if JP Chatt was interviewed or given a paternity test it was never released to the public, everyone elses but his. And by now he would have to know his name is all over the web, why wont he come forward and give an interview to say hes not involved or not caylees dad?? hey it could happen, ya never know.
Jose Baez, you look like your in luv, your not qualified to defend Casey, so you bring in the big wigs, liars, so disappointed in the famous Henry Lee, Black, just another of your employment mistakes, and you have the smug ability to make the dumb statements about releasing evidence and your on air every second you can get, but you look like you don’t have the experience.
Where are the paycheck stubs, where is proof that Casey paid money for anyone to babysit, how about income tax records, that should have the name and address and amount paid for every babysitter, or nanny.
The girl stole money, from mom, dad, grandfather’s account, brother lee, Amy and whomever she could. We all saw how she spent Amy’s money, and I am positive there was no money given to a nanny. They are expensive and drugging her child is so much cheaper.
The dancing, drinking ate up more money than she has, so she even stole from her daughter.
And we are wrong not to believe in her. How can you look a any potential jury, and hold you head up. We the people are not stupid, have your big wigs show how stupid they are just by showing up and trying to find doubt. Her mom, the RN, knew the truth that day, her father, the ex-homicide detective, knows the smell of a dead body, so he knew that first day, and Lee, the high-five, when Casey was let out of jail, said it all for him. Now they are not in denial, they are just good actors. They know the truth. So how about defending Casey and finding out the truth, that’s the oath you took, not find loopholes and let a child murder go free to start stealing, robbing and possibly killing another person. Let’s hope the legal system works, because if Casey had killed your child, I guess you would defend that too. But Caylee counts too, to a world of people and we don’t want to hear more lies. We want the truth, starting with the father, she has never told the truth about anything and all we hear is she has tried to help, yep she did, and we are still hearing even after the police found out that she was not employed, later on she’s still working at Disney. Wow, she’s got you under her spell, and you better get out from under it before you loose everything defending her, because she’s stealing and you don’t even see it but when all the money runs out, you will be done.
My last statement, her speedy trial she so wanted is at least a year away, so that we can be thankful for, Casey won’t be making anymore babies, or will she? Jose………………..

That about says it all!! Except that Baez was not too bright in not insisting she get the speedy trial she was entitled to. If her trial had taken place before Caylee was found, she just might have gotten off for lack of evidence.

They never could verify Juliette or the Jeffrey Hopkins Casey talked about; all of the others who knew Zaneida or the supposed son of Hopkins she also babysat. They never found Zaneida’s roommate Raquelle or her sister that Casey supposedly knew. The story about Zaneida’s car wreck didn’t check out with LE or the hospital. Casey stole and lied about working at universal. The defense will never be able to keep out the lies this girl told at trial. She wrote a statement to police identifying the baby sitter. She also told them the sitter watched Caylee while she was working, which was a lie as she had no job.The boyfriend didn’t see Zaneida when Casey last had the car before impound. Zaneida wasn’t borrowing a shovel or pulling the car backwards into the Anthony garage with the trunk open.
Jose is SOL. I would be surprised if he has a license when its over. I will also be surprised if Cindy Anthony is still free. After watching her depo, I absolutely believe she has known for a while exactly what happened to the kid. She looked like a wild-eyed sociopath not a grieving grandma.

THAT CAN BE A PICTURE OF ANYBODY AND WHY IN THE H$LL IS HER FACE BLOCKED OUT BY CASEY’S BIG HEAD? WHO EVER THIS WOMAN IS, SHE DON’T EVEN LOOK AS THOUGH SHE IS WITH CASEY AND CAYLEE. Kat I agree with you 110% about Jose and Cindy as well as Casey. I watched Cindy’s depos with LE and the FBI also. what I find very telling in those depos is the fact that Cindy referes to herself as a GREIVING GRAND MOTHER. why in the H$LL would she refer to herself in that manner if Caylee is only missing? this woman and her IDIOT husband knew all along that Casey had killed this child. and the same goes for Lee, he knew also. they all deserve to do some not just jail time but PRISON TIME. AND JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE WON’T BE COMPLETE UNLESS THEY ARE MADE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE.

I agree with you. The Anthonys are inconsistent. They can’t have it both ways. Either Caylee is dead or she’s not. I think they probably knew almost from the beginning that Caylee was gone and that Casey had something to do with it.

THE MURDER SCENE WAS NOT WHERE THE REMAINS WERE FOUND, IT TOOK PLACE IN THE HOUSE IN CASEY’S ROOM IMO. AND WHEN CINDY AND GEORGE WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING THEY FOUND CAYLEE WAS DEAD AND THE ONLY PERSON WHO WAS INVOLVED WAS CASEY. IT WAS AT THAT MOMENT THAT THEY ALL WENT INTO COVER-UP MODE.
