Cindy and George Anthony, Michelle Bart and Dominic Casey hold press conference prior to gag order hearing
The Anthony’s are holding a news conference today ahead of the gag order hearing. In it, Michelle Bart, the family spokeswoman, complained about people saying Caylee is dead and about the investigators that say they aren’t searching anymore.
Dominic, the family investigator, said a second person has come out to say the little girl in the mall picture looked like Caylee Marie. 
This person said she initially saw this little girl in Jacksonville at another mall and was sure it was Caylee Marie. She said when she saw this picture, she called in, because she feels it is the same little girl. The investigator said that they gave the photo to police but had no response. They said they waited three days before getting sworn statements from the witnesses because they wanted them to be sure of what they were saying. The reporters questioned him about the statements being sworn, and he was adamant they he had them. Michelle said that no one has come forward to say that little girl is theirs.
The jest of the press conference was to say we should still be looking for Caylee if there is even a remote chance she is still alive, and it’s wrong not to. They put forth what they felt was evidence that searching for a live Caylee had not been thorough from the get-go. Cindy said, “Science is science, nothing is 100%”.

Maybe Science is not 100 percent ,but Science has put people that have committed horrible crimes away.I wonder how they would feel about Science if it was some one they knew or some one in there own family that was murdered.See how fast they would then have some faith in Science.Science is what it is,FACTS.Thank God for it in this world..

The parents of this kid in the photo playing, should sue the Anthonys and kid finders and Michele Bart for posting a kid all over the web site without the parents consent or approval..Now that little girl that was photographed is subject to all kinds of sick people that prey on small children..Michele bart and Dominic Casey alot of 3 year old girls look alike, but you guys are so stupid and dont understand that. I hope the parents of that little girl sue your butts off….SCIENCE DOES NOT LIE, PEOPLE LIE..Science does not twist the truth or change the truth, and takes no sides…SCIENCE IS WHAT IT IS, JUST THE FACTS……….Just My Thoughts…
Chuck its true, I was thinking they havent come forward because they
are seeking an attorney to sue whomever put those photos up. I already emailed wesh.com about posting this little girls picture and told them they should be sued.
Its interesting msnbc.com carried the story but they blurred the little girls
face.
Due to no one coming forward to claim the child is theirs,could be the family is Hispanic and may not speak English and watch the Spanish tv station. It may be that she was with friends and not her parents,or with older siblings. There are many reasons why no one has come forward.
If they are Hispanic they may fear saying the child is theirs after the fiasco about ZG.
Just the mere fact these people opted to get in touch with the Anthony’s PI instead of 911 or mall security says it all.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but the little girl in the mall does not look like Caylee to me. I believe the Anthony’s are trying their best to place reasonable doubt in potential jurors minds.
I haven’t found the video yet, but am looking. it just lost it’s connection about 1/2 way through and they haven’t posted it yet on WESH. I don’t think that little girl looks like Caylee, but I don’t know if I’ve seen very many side views. To me this little girl’s nose is bigger and not as upturned as Caylee’s.
Like we have all said, a lot of children this age look similar their hair is usually done the same…..ponytail and bangs.
If this photo were enhanced all could see this is not Caylee.
The KF.s should have enhanced it prior to putting it out there. It should never have been put out there but if they had researched it ,they would see , the same as the rest of us it is not Caylee. They complain about LE not doing their job,….well THEY NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE AND DO THEIR’S.

It drives me crazy, it is as if she is trying to make Caylee still alive just by talking about it. I don’t now who she is trying to convince, but to me that picture does not resemble Caylee
Yes, it almost lulls me into a trance! I hear her talking but I can no longer make out what she’s saying–I don’t know if that’s a talent or a fault, but it drives me up the wall.
I don’t understand, if the tipster took that picture because she thought it was Caylee, why she didn’t take a full face photo? Makes me suspicious right off the bat.

Talk about Cindy talking and saying nothing. She of course bashed LE. Then when asked about the smell and what George said she tries to explain it away by saying they were in shock and George didn’t know what he was saying. She didn’t do well with an answer she wasn’t expecting what she was asked and they didn’t give her time to give one of those rambling statements.
